These terms cover the clinicalextract.com website. Effective September 29, 2026. By using this site you accept these terms. The Clinical Extract software itself is licensed under a separate agreement with Saga IT.
The site
clinicalextract.com is operated by Saga IT, LLC ("Saga IT"). It describes Clinical Extract and lets you request a demo. You may read, link to and quote the site for any lawful purpose with attribution. You may not copy the site wholesale, scrape it to build a competing dataset, probe or overload it, or use it to send spam.
Information, not advice
The pages describe what Clinical Extract does and cite public sources, including regulations and peer-reviewed studies, as of the date each page was written. They are not legal, regulatory or clinical advice. Your institution's IRB, privacy office and compliance program decide what your studies may collect.
Demo requests
Sending the demo form asks Saga IT to contact you about Clinical Extract. It creates no contract and no obligation on either side. How we handle what you send is in the privacy policy.

The site is provided as is. Saga IT makes no warranty that it is error-free or always available, and is not liable for any loss arising from your use of the site, to the extent the law allows. Nothing here limits the warranties in a signed Clinical Extract agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
