Who we are

Saga IT, LLC ("Saga IT", "we") operates clinicalextract.com and makes Clinical Extract. Questions about this policy go to info@saga-it.com.

What we collect

The demo form

When you request a demo we collect what you type: first and last name, work email, organization, job title, the EHRs you select, the use case you choose and your message. We also record the page you sent it from and, when your visit came from a link with campaign parameters, those parameters. Please do not include patient information in the message.

Setting the meeting time

We reply to your request by email within one business day to set a meeting time. The time you agree on goes on the calendar of the Saga IT person who runs the demo.

Site measurements

The site measures itself in two ways, neither of which uses a cookie or stores your name or address. Cloudflare Web Analytics records page views and Core Web Vitals in aggregate. Our own beacon at /api/event records page timing metrics with the page path, and nothing that identifies you.

Spam protection

The demo form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. Turnstile runs a challenge in your browser and sends its result to Cloudflare; see Cloudflare's privacy policy.

Theme preference

If you switch the site between its light and dark theme, the choice is kept in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

Cookies

This site sets no analytics or advertising cookies. The HubSpot tracking script does not load on this site. Cloudflare may set a cookie on its own challenges.cloudflare.com domain while Turnstile runs; that cookie is Cloudflare's and carries no personal data of ours.

How we use your details

• To reply to your demo request, hold the demo and plan a pilot with you.
• To keep a record of that conversation in our HubSpot account.
• To keep the site working, measure its performance and keep bots out.

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your details for advertising.

Who processes it

• HubSpot stores form submissions, meeting bookings and our notes about them. HubSpot privacy policy.
• Cloudflare hosts the site, runs Turnstile and provides Web Analytics and the analytics store behind our beacon. Cloudflare privacy policy.

These providers process your details only to provide their service to us. We keep demo-request records while we work with you and for up to 24 months after our last contact, then delete them, unless you ask us to delete them sooner.

Where it is processed

Saga IT is in the United States and processes your details there. If you send them from outside the United States, you agree to that transfer.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or object to our using it. Email info@saga-it.com and we will answer within 30 days. If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, you also have the right to complain to your data protection authority. If you are a California resident, the same email handles requests under the CCPA and CPRA; we do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

Children

This site is for healthcare and research professionals and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect details from children.

Changes

When this policy changes we post the new version here with a new effective date. A change that affects how we process your details is announced on this page at least 30 days before it takes effect.
